Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Treatment in Hinjewadi, Pune
Pelvic floor problems show up as leaking, urgency, heaviness, or pain with sitting or intimacy. The right treatment depends entirely on whether the muscles are underactive or overactive. We assess before we prescribe, and sessions are conducted privately with your consent at every stage.

The clinician who will see you first
“A patient who does the right movement ten times a day beats a patient who comes to the clinic three times a week and does nothing in between. Every time.”
Dr. Priya Trivedi
Founder & Clinical Director
Seventeen years and more than three and a half thousand patients have taught me one thing: people do not want to be sold a treatment. They want to be understood, told the truth about what is possible, and then treated properly. O2 Revive grew out of that — I built it so a patient recovering from a knee replacement and a client planning her brows could walk into the same calm room and both be looked after by someone qualified to decide what they actually need.

Questions we get asked
What is pelvic floor rehabilitation?
Pelvic floor rehabilitation is individualised physiotherapy designed to improve pelvic floor muscle function, coordination, endurance, relaxation, and control.
How do I know if my pelvic floor is weak?
Possible symptoms include urinary leakage, difficulty controlling wind or bowel movements, pelvic heaviness or pressure, and difficulty performing an effective pelvic floor contraction. Assessment is important because symptoms are not always caused by weakness alone.
How long does pelvic floor rehabilitation take?
It varies according to symptoms and severity. Improvement generally requires consistent practice over weeks to months, with the program adjusted according to progress.
