Postnatal Rehabilitation Treatment in Hinjewadi, Pune
Postnatal rehabilitation restores the abdominal wall, pelvic floor and posture after birth, whether the delivery was vaginal or by caesarean. We assess abdominal separation and pelvic floor function directly rather than assuming, then rebuild in an order that does not overload tissue that is still healing.

The clinician who will see you first
“A patient who does the right movement ten times a day beats a patient who comes to the clinic three times a week and does nothing in between. Every time.”
Dr. Priya Trivedi
Founder & Clinical Director
Seventeen years and more than three and a half thousand patients have taught me one thing: people do not want to be sold a treatment. They want to be understood, told the truth about what is possible, and then treated properly. O2 Revive grew out of that — I built it so a patient recovering from a knee replacement and a client planning her brows could walk into the same calm room and both be looked after by someone qualified to decide what they actually need.

Questions we get asked
When can I start exercising after delivery?
Gentle activity may begin when medically appropriate and comfortable, but progression depends on the type of delivery, complications, symptoms, and recovery. More demanding exercise should be introduced gradually.
Can physiotherapy help after a C-section?
Yes. After appropriate healing and medical clearance, physiotherapy can support mobility, posture, abdominal and pelvic floor recovery, scar-related problems when appropriate, and a gradual return to exercise.
Can physiotherapy help after a vaginal delivery?
Yes. Rehabilitation may address pelvic floor function, abdominal strength, posture, mobility, pelvic discomfort, and safe return to physical activity.
