Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Treatment in Hinjewadi, Pune
Carpal tunnel syndrome is compression of the median nerve at the wrist. It is usually felt as numbness or tingling in the thumb and first three fingers, often worst at night. We assess how the nerve moves and what is loading the wrist, then treat with nerve glides, splinting where it helps, and changes to the grip and posture that are keeping it irritated.

The signs we look for
- Numbness or tingling in the thumb, index and middle fingers
- Symptoms worst at night, often waking you to shake the hand out
- Dropping small objects, or fumbling buttons and coins
- Aching that travels up the forearm
- Symptoms provoked by driving, phone use or holding a book
What treatment achieves
- Fewer night-time wakings as pressure on the nerve settles
- Return of normal sensation and fine hand control
- Splinting and nerve glides that address the cause, not just the ache
- Changes to grip and wrist posture that stop it recurring

The clinician who will see you first
“A patient who does the right movement ten times a day beats a patient who comes to the clinic three times a week and does nothing in between. Every time.”
Dr. Priya Trivedi
Founder & Clinical Director
Seventeen years and more than three and a half thousand patients have taught me one thing: people do not want to be sold a treatment. They want to be understood, told the truth about what is possible, and then treated properly. O2 Revive grew out of that — I built it so a patient recovering from a knee replacement and a client planning her brows could walk into the same calm room and both be looked after by someone qualified to decide what they actually need.

What most people can expect
Mild and moderate cases usually respond well to conservative treatment. Where numbness is constant rather than intermittent, or there is visible muscle wasting at the base of the thumb, we will tell you plainly that a surgical opinion should come first — earlier is better in those cases, and delaying it costs recovery.
Recovery varies between individuals. Your clinician will give you a realistic timeline at your assessment.
